Title: Human Resources Manager
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00/hr. (Depending on Education and Experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (or similar)
Location: Greeley, Co
Position Details: 40 hours per week; 52 weeks per program year; exempt.

  • Maintains and improves all systems for establishing and maintaining an accurate and complete personnel file for every employee; that meets every federal, state and local deadline.
  • Arranges for training of employees (supervisory and non-supervisory), as appropriate, in implementation and management of Human Resources policies and procedures, such as leave policy, benefits, performance appraisal process, employee discipline, etc. • Ensures accurate, up-to-date, personnel information in the online      data tracking system
  • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidate and organizing new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Responsible for monitoring program data and creating reports regarding all aspects of compliance for the area of Human Resources.
  • Serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and works under the guidance of the Executive Director

Minimum Requirements:
  • BA degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in Human Resources/Personnel administration
  • Knowledge of computer programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must be proficient with online data entry
